Vitamins, proteins, and minerals, these are some of the important constituents of our daily nutritious diet. Without them, one cannot expect to survive for long or to have a healthy comfortable life. Even a single nutrient deficiency can cause serious ailment conditions. You must have heard about the term malnutrition in kids. It is very common in poor countries where kids do not get sufficient food in proper amount. However, unlike the belief, some of the developed countries also face deficiency diseases, especially the kids. Kids are prone to every minute development around them.
